SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are made to order, we do not prefer making and storing them in bulk. For us, each and every product is special and is made with utmost care and love. So we ask for a little patience of yours. Product ordered will take about 15 days for you to receive. In case of bulk orders or customized order it can take a little longer, in such case we shall keep you posted through email.
RETURN POLICY
All our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process. For example, let’s not think of an irregular weave or a print or a slight change in color as a defect.
Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.
we welcome returns on the following terms -
- The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is received in a damaged condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt of the product for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.
2. If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at info@anantthelimitlessart.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
1- Order number
2- Delivery address
3- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at info@anantthelimitlessart.com
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
3. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the damaged product and issue a replacement with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by our logistics partner. This entire process should take around 4-5 working days. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
REVERSE PICKUP & EXCHANGE TIMELINE
A reverse pickup would be arranged in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent on its way in 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.
REFUND POLICY
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.
If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
